BioI am a young wannabe musicologist who enjoys writing and reading footnotes, fighting for better treatment of the apostrophe, and proving wrong the people who think that musicologists become musicologists because they aren't good musicians.
My hobbies include singing Irish and English traditional music, Irish stepdancing, and playing classical and Irish harp. I waver between being an Anglophile and a die-hard fan of Irish culture. I often compromise by reading literature by 20th Century English Roman Catholics. Reading is not a hobby; it is both my profession and my obsession.
